Sunny and Helen came to visit on their way back to the US from their emergency trip to Taiwan. It was a short stay but they got to ride the shikansen (high speed train) a few times and also eat some good food.
They visited mid-week so we had to go out and just do dinner and walk around the town.
This place was “grate your own wasabi” for your soba. Followed by soba tea after your meal.

Diana came across an opportunity to work in Japan for 3 years in a secondment.
