We found more watermelons. We haven’t seen any square watermelons. These mini watermelons are quite popular in the markets right now. We found some at the cheap market under Tokyu Plaza. They’re 500 yen each. Today, at a different supermarket, I saw similar mini watermelons for 700 and 1000 yen. I’m quite tempted to do the “watermelon” taste challenge, but really, this isn’t wine and I can’t spend $10, or even $5, on a watermelon.

Diana came across an opportunity to work in Japan for 2 years in a secondment.
Henry is the trailing spouse who got lucky with his job, and is able to work remotely for his US job during the same period of time.
