Diana came across an opportunity to work in Japan for 3 years in a secondment.
Henry is the trailing spouse who got lucky with his job, and is able to work remotely for his US job during the same period of time.

I think the ad makes more sense if you read the Chinese also.
“coca cola + good food = perfect match”
I guess steak shaped like coke bottle is suppose to represent that phrase. Even funnier is what is in the white note, free coke and spirite for dinner and weekends.
