Sports Drink or Chocolate
For a limited period of time.. Sports drink flavored KitKat! Only in Japan.
I saw these right after I did the 5.5km Imperial palace jog. Sadly, I was just in good enough shape to come in last in my group of running friends (as I do every time we jog), and thus, too tired to eat a piece. The other guys saw it in the combini (convenience store) so we all grabbed a pack.
As I’m writing this, Diana and I are having a piece. She says it smells like a sports drink. I think it smells a bit more like wafer and white chocolate. The taste is very citrusy., similar to the lemon version. I would say that it almost tastes like grapefruit, which would mean that it’s like Pocari Sweat mixed with chocolate!

Does this try to imitate the Calpico sport drink?
