Baseball Japanese style
Some friends and I went to a baseball game on Friday night. We went to Jingumae stadium, the home of the Yakult Swallows, to watch them play the Tokyo Giants (the Giants are the equivalent to the NY Yankees in Japan). Jingumae stadium is really intimate. Check out the photos. We had seats basically in the middle, outfield first base.
Only had my iPhone to take pics though.
There were no box seats or sky boxes but there were cheerleaders! And beer girls (with mini kegs on their backs walking around selling one type of beer to the fans).
We also had one of the announcers sitting close to us, too. We all had a great time.
